- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bronze — from $750: Mobile bar, one professional bartender, two signature cocktails, mixers, ice and coolers, shopping list, menu consultation, and standard garnishes. Recommended for up to 70 guests. Silver — from $1,150: Large mobile bar, two professional bartenders, three signature cocktails, mixers, ice and coolers, shopping list, menu consultation, and premium garnishes such as dried fruits and edible flowers. Recommended for up to 120 guests. Gold — custom quote: Custom-styled mobile bar, two or more professional bartenders, four signature cocktails, mixers, ice and coolers, shopping list, fully custom cocktail menu, soft drinks and water, signature refreshment, and premium garnish experiences such as a smoke gun and custom prints. Recommended for 120+ guests. Guest counts are recommendations, not a guest minimum. All full-service packages include plastic glassware, napkins and straws, a printed cocktail menu, complimentary setup and breakdown, and a three-hour minimum. Clients provide the alcohol. Pricing and staffing depend on guest count, hours, location, and add-ons. Labor-only bartending starts at $450; the portable bar and full supplies are not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us your event date, location, guest count, service hours, and preferred drinks. We recommend a package and tailor the menu to your event. A 25% deposit confirms your booking; your proposal includes the remaining balance and payment deadline. You purchase the alcohol using our shopping list. We bring the bar and supplies included in your chosen package, then handle setup, service, and breakdown.

BeeHive was founded in 2025. Our founder has over eight years of professional bartending experience. Our professional bartenders focus on thoughtful cocktail menus, polished service, and reliable event preparation.
