- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. All recommendations and pricing are explained before any work begins. We strive to provide fair, competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality workmanship and materials. We also offer options whenever possible so customers can choose a solution that fits their budget and long-term goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with listening to the customer’s concerns and understanding the symptoms they’re experiencing. I then perform a thorough inspection and diagnostic of the HVAC system to identify the root cause of the issue. Once the diagnosis is complete, I explain my findings in plain language and provide repair or replacement options that fit the customer’s needs and budget. My goal is to educate customers so they can make an informed decision without pressure or sales tactics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on HVAC field experience working on residential and commercial systems, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork. I continuously stay up to date with manufacturer training, industry best practices, California code requirements, and new high-efficiency equipment to ensure customers receive reliable and professional service.
