I learned of Jeff Barrow's work 6 years ago through my neighbor, who told me Jeff was an outstanding software, hardware and systems technician. I really needed someone of this caliber having spent my career working for a major Aerospace Company that provided top caliber computer information systems support for all our employees. Jeff's capabilities were immediately recognized when I discovered all problems presented: hardware, software and systems, were identified, analyzed and promptly dispatched. I was dually impressed because when encountering problems of various types at work, my company, typically, had one technician identify the type of presenting problem then sent a hardware, software, or systems specialist to fix it. To this day, I've never encountered a problem Jeff hasn't resolved. One of the most noteworthy projects Jeff completed in 2008 was to significantly modify and upgrade my old single core HP Pavilion tower, purchased in 2000. In order to get the Windows software to play well with this hot rodded, upgraded PC it required repairing the operating system! Playing with computers is Jeff's passion. He travels far beyond the mundane to seek out exotic challenges. This is a rare technician, indeed, who thrives on the most difficult computer problems, never resting until they're conquered. I've never found any technician that can compare with Jeff's outstanding skills, knowledge, ability and dedication.

jeff barrows of orange, ca. has been assisting me and other family members with technical pc problems for the past 4 or more years;we have found his work to be proficient in solving such issues as internet access, email problems and system limitations ( due to age and capacity/speed matters.) his present configuration allows him to work from a remote site which minimizes scheduling of service. finally, his fees for service have always been of a very reasonable amount in my opinion.
