FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is extremely fair and competitive for the So Cal area . Prices displayed are guestimates based on average shoulder length hair. Longer, thicker hair, more product or time involved adds to pricing. I use only the highest quality product. if you're looking to cut corners, I am not the stylist for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a consultation first, rather than jump right in. How we look can be very emotional for many people, so I like to have an idea of what may or may not work for them as well as see if our personalities have chemistry- no different than interviewing a doctor to see if you are comfortable with each other. This consult may be done by phone unless the service is quite complicated. The consultation gives us a better understanding of each other, expectations, as well as limitations. Then, we set a plan to achieve what you desire. If I don't believe we will have a successful partnership, I will pass and possibly refer you to someone better suited for your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I aytend classes and seminars to expand my repertoire of techniques and try to stay updated on product as well. Constantly re-educating ourselves keeps us viable and Loving our craft!
