- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very reasonable, we offer a great discount on Brazilian Blowouts, first time customers, get a free haircut with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions, of what is that they have done to their hair, what they need done, plus I suggest what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of training experience, I am a color educator, a specialist in smoothing treatments, such as Brazilian Blowouts, Botox treatments, and Supralis smothing treatments. I attend seminars, from California to New York.
