I am a very experienced Southern California based professional photographer specializing in corporate, model, actor and senior headshots & portraits as well as corporate events.
I am also a preferred photographer for Beverly Hills Hotel as well as shooting events at The Montage, The Ritz Carlton, Saint Regis, Balboa Bay Club, Museum of Contemporary Art and Modern Luxury Magazine to name a few.
My work has been published in LA Magazine, Modern Luxury Magazine, Wetfeet Magazine, NY Times, Riviera Magazine, Fitness Inked, Porsche Pandemonium and more.
I absolutely love what I do and I am as passionate about it today as I was the first day in high school when I picked up my 1st camera!
What I enjoy more than anything is making people look their very best and when they say to me, "I love my photo"! The satisfaction of helping people capture that special moment in time or create a stunning portrait of them for their website, social media or as a large print on the wall makes all the hard work of carrying heavy gear and the hours of editing on the computer all worthwhile.

Kenny was prompt with his responses to my questions, flexible with his schedule, and extremely efficient. When I booked he provided my with an email containing written directions to his studio, and hair and make up tips for the photoshoot.
His studio was set up and ready to go when I arrived with a huge backdrop, tons of lighting and nice music. His wife was even there with hairspray in case I had any fly aways.
He gave very helpful specific direction during the shoot and showed me several of the shots as we went to give me confidence along the way.
The whole shoot took about 30 minutes and was a very pleasant experience.
Of note, I have a skin condition which creates dark spots all over my face and Kenny was able to skillfully touch up the photos so that you cant even tell.
He was also very responsive to my thoughts on the final outcome and went back and reworked one of them at my request.
I would highly recommend him to anyone needing professional head shots for their career. Prices were very competitive.

When someone truly LOVES their job and has a passion for their trade, it's palpable-- that's Kenny. Kenny was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning, he was incredibly communicative and went above & beyond to ensure we would be happy with our final product, even coming to scope out our location before picture day. He spent time with each individual making sure we all felt comfortable during the shoot and would be in love with our photos. He followed up multiple times asking us if we were satisfied with our images and sent us a ton of pictures to choose from. His editing was natural and flawless, making us all look realistic, but our best selves. Overall, we can't say enough good things about Kenny as a person AND his photography skills. He made the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and fun, even for those who were reluctant to be in front of a camera. We would be delighted to use him for all our office's photography needs in the future. If you go with Kenny, you won't be disappointed!

The photos and service the Kenny provided were great! They looked much better than the professional photos that I've have done in the past and he even got them to me one day earlier than promised. Kenny will be my "head-shot" photographer going forward.

My first experience with Kenny was an email exchange. The exchange was friendly, energetic and positive and set the tenor and tone for the entire experience. A phone conversation ensued, and that was again positive and friendly and upbeat.
In fact, Kenny is not only a professional, but he’s one who is enthusiastic about his chosen métier. I mentioned to him that I’m a serious amateur photographer and he immediately jumped at the chance to talk about his passion. In other words, Kenny is not only interested in the business end of things but truly enjoys his work and talking about it. And he is a very genuine, down-to-earth individual -- no pretense or blustering. I immediately felt comfortable with him.
Kenny was the first of several photographers from Thumbtack that were on my list of contacts. But, as a result of the very positive conversation I had with him, I decided to hire him right then and there.
The day of the photo session Kenny was ready to go on time. He welcomed me warmly into his studio and we proceeded to create some very nice looking professional head shots and 3/4 shots. Probably because Kenny remembered talking to me about my interest in photography, he explained things as he went along such as how and why he was lighting his subject in a certain way.
He loves “talking shop” and I think this is a sign of someone dedicated to his art. I think this kind of individual makes the best professional. And the proof is borne out of the results. Kenny created some very nice photos about which I’ve already received numerous compliments and enthusiastic praise from family, friends and colleagues alike.
I would definitely hire Kenny again. And… I still enjoy talking to him about photography. We still exchange emails and he’s still friendly and genuine.

Every client has come to me with something a little different so I have had to price per request... Since it is a service and not a product and it varies greatly per client I will quote based on request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To listen to what their exact needs are and try to offer a service that fills those needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of real world experience as a working professional and have attended more professional workshops and paid for more courses to improve my skill than I can count. Even today after all these years I still work to hone my skills. I constantly strive to learn more.
