- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client has come to me with something a little different so I have had to price per request... Since it is a service and not a product and it varies greatly per client I will quote based on request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To listen to what their exact needs are and try to offer a service that fills those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of real world experience as a working professional and have attended more professional workshops and paid for more courses to improve my skill than I can count. Even today after all these years I still work to hone my skills. I constantly strive to learn more.
