- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEW CLIENTS SPECIAL Pricing: 00:20 min. consultation at the beginning is no cost. 1 full session of 01:30 hrs is $90.00. REGULAR CLIENTELE Pricing: 00:20 min. consultation at the beginning is no cost. 1 full session of 01:30 hrs @ $135.00 $30.00 = each 00:30 minutes extra ($60.00 for an extra hour).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon booking the first healing session, the client will be emailed directions on how to prepare for the session and more in depth detail on the healing session. Each healing session begins with a 00:30 minute consultation to gather information about the client's health and daily concerns as well as ensuring that they understand what reiki actually is, and informing me on what the client expects to gain from their healing session. After the consultation, the healing aspect begins. When the healing aspect of your session has been completed, it is slowly ended with some water, rest and discussion.
