What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies, depending upon the needs of your project. I encourage customers to be in the know about the general costs for the service they would like. This will provide context when I supply a customized estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send the client a website questionnaire.
2) Review questionnaire over the phone with client.
3) Send client estimate with project scope and timeline.
4) Client pays 50% deposit.
5) Create sitemap, wireframe, design and get final approvals.
6) Develop website based on approved design.
7) After approval, website will be pushed live.
8) Final payment of invoice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Bachelor of the Fine Arts in Graphic Design
- 15 years of working experience in Graphic and Web Design
- Worked within major U.S. advertising agencies
