FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the area, level of staining, and surface type. Driveways, patios, and walkways are typically priced per job rather than by the hour. Heavier stains such as rust, oil, battery acid, and organic growth may require additional chemicals or multi-step treatments, which we’ll let you know in advance. No hidden fees, no upcharges after we start, and estimates are always complimentary. We offer package pricing for multiple surfaces, repeat customers, and commercial properties. We are licensed, insured, and equipped to handle both residential and commercial jobs throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most jobs start with a quick photo review or site visit so we can understand the scope, stains, surface material, and access. We’ll provide a clear estimate, timeline, and what results to expect before any work begins. For standard concrete work, we usually pre-treat stains, surface clean with commercial-grade equipment, then follow with spot treatments if needed. For rust, battery acid, organic growth, or efflorescence, we use the appropriate chemistry rather than just pressure. Once the job is completed, we do a walkthrough and clean up the site. Commercial jobs can be scheduled after-hours or on weekends, and NET 30 terms are available for approved accounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive training in exterior cleaning chemistry, including treating rust, battery acid, oil, organic stains, calcium and efflorescence. We follow industry best practices from contractors who specialize in stain recovery, not just pressure washing. We’re licensed and insured, and we invest in professional-grade surface cleaning equipment, hot water machines, and proper detergents so surfaces are cleaned safely without damage. Training also covers water containment and environmental compliance for commercial clients.
