My wife and I decided to go with Joe at JC Builders and Design after interviewing several contractors to renovate and add a room to our home. We could tell that he was willing to work with us to realize our dream and we would not fall prey to nightmare contractor tactics. Not only did Joe make our room addition a reality but we ended up getting a new roof and new stucco which turned out gorgeous! It truly represents our style and Joe at JC Builders was the right person that listened to what we wanted and pulled the right people together to make it happen. This turned out to be a HUGE project and Joe guided us through every step of the way from the city inspections/permits to selecting the finishing materials. Of course no project goes completely as planned or 100% right, but what I appreciated about Joe is that he stood by his word, made things right when they were wrong, and never left us "hanging". I look forward to doing future projects with Joe at JC Builders and if anyone needs a referral, here it is!
