What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes all materials, feedback, and support outside of our meetings when needed. After each session, I provide personalized feedback so you know what’s going well and what to focus on next.
I also offer discounts for students that would like to purchase 5, 10 or 20 hours in advance. The discounts are 5%, 10% or 15% respectively.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the first session is for me to evaluate where my client's questions are coming from. Once I identify the issue, I develop a plan and adapt my teaching style to adapt to my client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Physics from Cal Poly Pomona and have been tutoring for over 10 years.
