About
I guarantee service when provided with a valid address and accurate identifying information for the individual being served. I bring over seven years of experience as a professional Process Server, including investigative work, stakeouts of evasive parties, restraining orders, and complex family court matters. I am always willing to work with clients to offer fair, competitive pricing; however, I also expect my time, effort, and expertise to be respected and compensated appropriately for the level of work involved.

Yusuf, was very diligent, upfront about his prices and was able to serve my documents when the sheriffs office had trouble doing so. Thank you, Yusuf. You really brought me a piece of mind.

Yusef acted as process server for me on Custody and Visitation. He was very communicative made this entire process easier than I could have hoped. 100% recommend his services.

Hired on Thumbtack

I hired this process server to serve civil restraining order documents. Unfortunately, service was unsuccessful despite multiple attempts. I was told that once alternative service was approved by the court, he would email the documents so I could proceed. Afterward, he stated that the documents had been destroyed and that he would not provide any further assistance or communication, which directly contradicted what was previously communicated to me. While I did receive a Declaration of Due Diligence by email, the lack of follow-through and sudden termination of communication left me needing to hire another process server to continue the matter. If you choose to use this service, I recommend getting all expectations in writing upfront, especially regarding document handling and post-declaration support.
Precise Legal services's reply
This case involved an evasive respondent and required multiple documented service attempts at different locations. During the process, the client stated financial constraints and declined additional investigative services such as skip tracing. Despite that, I continued service attempts using all information available and later located the respondent after alternative service proceedings had already been initiated. That additional attempt was made voluntarily and at no additional charge. Throughout the course of service, the respondent’s conduct raised safety concerns. On one attempt, law enforcement was contacted due to a credible safety issue. Despite these circumstances, service efforts continued professionally and in good faith to assist the client in moving her case forward. Once alternative service is approved by the court, it becomes a separate task with new legal requirements, including preparation of service materials, email service, mailing, and documentation. This was explained in advance, including that an additional fee would apply due to the extra time and compliance involved. The issue was not a refusal to proceed, but a disagreement over the additional charge for work outside the original scope. All pricing was clearly disclosed upfront, including separate stakeout pricing, a flat fee for restraining order service, and additional work quoted based on time and requirements. Extensive efforts were made in this matter, including attempts at multiple locations—more addresses than were initially provided—in an effort to locate a respondent actively avoiding service. This review reflects a fundamental disagreement regarding the value and cost of professional process-serving services. Clear fee agreements are essential, particularly in cases involving evasive respondents, safety concerns, and extensive field work.
