Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I have EVER had. Seven and his installer, Robert, were professional, responsive, polite and knowledgable. Plus they are super nice and easy going -- and with incredible work ethics.They behaved as if my business was their business. Seven had to spend extra time unravelling a software problem with the IT interface and he took charge of every step. Pro tip -- Seven is super busy, and he may not be able to respond immediately. But other times he will get back to you quickly. But man, that is the only tiniest of things. He is your guy. You will be thrilled to work with him.
