Bek visited me on time at 8 am Sunday and did a good job on draining clean service to remove the clog of garbage sinks. After that work, he cleaned up all the muddy places out of pipes. In the meantime, he reminded me to turn on all faucets to test any clogs issues. He changed two kinds of heads to clean the clogged ones. The price is reasonable. Appreciate his hard work on Sunday.

Context: we had been dealing with a water leak issue in our kitchen. We knew water was leaking from somewhere but didn't know where. After several visits from various plumbers via our home warranty (nightmare!!), we now also had a drain line clog to deal with. Lost faith in the home warranty process and their providers and reached out to United.Setting up the appointment was great: Quick to respond, same day and next day availability, easy to communicate with.Diagnosis and service: Renat arrived precisely on time, snaked the drain line successfully and unclogged it (when other plumbers got stuck and said it couldn't be done). Fixed issues in our drain line where the pipes were tilted in the wrong direction. And finished his work right when he said he would. Cherry on top was he told us his intuition was that the leak we were dealing with was not from a leak in the pipes but potentially from the dishwasher (so we immediately called a dishwasher technician who was able to confirm that Renat was right). So 100 stars for Renat's knowledge and intuition, great work on the drain line, and punctuality - both arriving and getting the work done on time.

United plumbing were very responsive and professional in identifying the source of the water leakage from our HVAC and provided us various options for addressing the issue. The professionals who came to perform the job are honest, hard working and provide advice which is in the best interests of the customer. Their prices are also reasonable.
United unclogged a toilet on short notice. The plumber was competent and professional. He also made a note of other potential issues on the way out, which was helpful.
