Hired to clean in prep for a house sale. Promised a 2-person crew. 1 person showed up. No detailing done. I told her my stove was self-cleaning and asked if she had a power spray to clean with Ayer. She said yes, but then used Easy Off. Did not rinse well. I had to re-clean tge oven due to thick residue and grease left behind. Windows were not done. Company charged for a full service with windows, anyway, despite not having a full crew, or getting the work done satisfactorily. I will never use them again, nor recommend them. Two stars instead of one for the poor cleaner Ho tried to do it all herself, although unsuccessfully.
