  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We charge a monthly percentage of rents collected for Full-Service Property Management. We charge a ONE time “on-boarding” fee. Both the percentage rate and on-boarding fee are specific to each property and differ across the board. Once we are able to see your property and gain more information in regards to your investment, we are able to provide property specific pricing. We do offer one-time placements (no management services, only one-time leasing) for a rate of One Month’s Rent.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We would like to gain more information about your needs and your property. Once we are able to view the property, we can send you more information in regards to specific pricing and on-boarding fees for your property. If you decide to move forward with our services, we will start the on-boarding paperwork needed and work with you to ensure a smooth transition.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Licensed Real Estate Professionals who have over 30 years of experience working in property management, specializing in residential units. Additional training and schooling in regards to laws/regulations associated with property management/real estate.
