David is fantastic; he is definitely going to be our go to guy for any handy services around the house from now on. We asked David for a couple of things that involved going down into our crawl space. He’s fixed our dryer exhaust, fixed plumbing leaks and installed a gas line. If I could give David 10 stars I would. He is says he will do the job and will work on it till the job is done. We couldn’t be happier finding a guy like him. I highly recommend using him for all your handyman needs.

Oscar is the BEST plumber!! He responded quickly to my search, then came out on short notice to clear a shower blockage. He offered a flat rate with a hard to beat backing. He and his asst. cleared the problem, and also cleaned up the mess. I then asked about a couple of other plumbing issues, and Oscar gave me honest suggestions. He agreed to help with my sump pump and honestly, went above and beyond in getting it fixed! Super professional, pleasant, and reliable! I will be recommending Oscar to my friends!

Greg came out to replace my hot water heater and to install a new sewage ejector pump lid at a perfectly reasonable price. He did a great job considering the many difficulties with installing the new lid.

Replacing our old clay sewer line and galvanized water service pipe and installing the cleanouts turned out to be quite a project. Marino and Tim planned to hand-dig the trenches for the pipes to avoid damaging the irrigation and gas lines in the yeard, but soon realized they would not be able to get through the matted redwood tree roots and rock-laced soil and get the job done in a timely way. So they went to plans B and C: a trencher for the water service trench and a bobcat for the sewer line trench. They worked slowly and carefully with the bobcat operator to dig the sewer line trench without nicking the nearby gas line. They worked 6 long hard days digging, laying pipe, and then refilling the trenches and compacting the soil by hand. I was home most of the time, and they kept me informed about what they were doing and how things were going. Marino is a great communicator and explains things very well and thoroughly. Marino and Tim knew exactly what they were doing and were very exacting about laying the sewer pipe at the proper pitch, for example, and cleaning up every evening. We ended up paying a bit more than the original estimate because we had to pay the bobcat operator and because the sewer line trench ended up being longer than we expected (runs diagonally across our yard instead of straight to the street), but the extra was fair given what we encountered on the project. I am very happy with the work I think they take a lot of pride in their work and want to do the best job possible. I also really enjoyed having them around while they were at my house.

James and Trevor did a great job of repairing the pump in our outdoor fountain. This was a 2 man job due to the size and weight of the fountain. They arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and completed the job in a timely manner. The rate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact them again for future repair projects.
