I am dedicated to improving the communication and relationships of my clients. My approach is interactive, collaborative and practical. I can help you create more successful relationships by improving communication and facilitating deeper empathy and understanding. I can help you deal with the complexity of multi-cultural relationships. Additionally, because we live in a stressful world, I provide tools and teach skills that can reduce anxiety, relieve depression and manage stress. We all struggle with behaviors that keep us from moving forward. I can help you transform old patterns that no longer serve you. I utilize my training in EMDR and hypnotherapy to facilitate a deeper understanding and healing. My office is conveniently located on Stevens Creek near Hwy 85 and 280.
