Bob did an excellent job fixing our garage door. He replaced the motor quickly and professionally, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I found GDX on Thumbtack after comparing several options, and I’m so glad I chose Bob. He came to reinforce my garage door after it was damaged and was one of the few willing to provide an estimate based on photos (most others required an onsite visit first). Bob arrived on time, prepared, and worked efficiently. He even adjusted the springs at no extra cost, something many companies typically charge for. After finishing the repair, he noticed my garage door motor had been installed at an angle. Without me asking—and without charging—he took the time to re-center it just because he wanted the job done right. Honestly, I hadn’t even noticed how crooked it was, and fixing it probably took him as long as repairing the door. Bob is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly highly recommend!
