Bob and Nate were both amazing. They were knowledgeable and honest, and took the time to explain our options for repairing our garage door. Unlike a larger company that told us that we needed a brand new door, Bob helped us repair and reinforce our broken door for a fraction of the cost - and also lubricated our door while he was here. I would definitely recommend Bob!

After coming home from work, I accidentally bumped my garage door with my car, causing the roller to come off the track. The door wouldn’t open or close at all, and I was really stressed about the situation. Thankfully, Nate from GDX came out very quickly and fixed everything professionally and cleanly. Not only was the repair done perfectly, but he also took the time to explain everything in detail in a very friendly and helpful way. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate him coming out so quickly, especially late in the evening, and getting everything working perfectly again. Highly recommend GDX and Nate for anyone needing garage door service!
