My house had a leaking PRV valve that needed a replacement. The team arrived on time and gave me a clear estimate of the work needed, time needed and the cost, including the cost breakdown. In the middle of the project, team found a bigger problem (a leaking main shutoff valve buried under the ground, which was also a building code compliance problem). Team provided options to proceed with the project, as well as a clear estimate of additional costs if I decided to go with the cleaner option (aka. adjusting the pipe to make it compliant to the building code). Team did a quick and clean job of replacing all the leaking components, adjusting the pipe, testing the system and cleaning up. The price was pretty reasonable. Definitely recommended for anyone who has a plumbing need for their house.
