Rafael was super helpful, professional, and was able to resolve our issue quickly and explained everything in detail so I felt like I totally understood what was needed. He also had to get a part and came back early the next day to make sure everything was taken care of promptly. Excellent customer service and work - would definitely call again!

The job entailed snaking several gutter drainage lines. It turned out to be more complicated than expected due to the presence of many roots and undefined drain locations. Daniel worked steadily and carefully, got as much of the job as possible done and identified where we might have to dig out the pipe to free it of the roots that are closing it.
Details: No, repair is not urgent • Multiple drains have issues • Clogging • House

We used the detection service. They found one leak in the house, but he did not probe other areas. We dug a large hole to fix it (with someone else) but unfortunately, there were more places. We ended up deciding to re-pipe the entire house after digging a hole.
I asked to follow up, but no one has called me yet.

Tech diagnosed all the issues and helped me understand cause of each small plumbing issued i had. He did not charge me a penny for this. I can now buy parts and fix the issue one by one myself.
Details: No, repair is not urgent • Part of a larger issue with the plumbing system • Leaking (problem area known) • Other issue • House

Wouldn't give me any idea in advance what the fee would be, as he 'charges by the job'. First quoted me $350, but we negotiated down to $300.
But he was done in less than 30 minutes, and I definitely got the sense he did the bare minimum to get the water flowing, so I have little confidence that this will last the whole winter.
His warranty is for 7 days. I very much doubt I will use him again.
