Elmer and his team really spruced up my vintage, quirky apartment with professional repairs including replacing a clawfoot bathtub drain and very old light dimmer switch, painting and plastering, installing a new garbage disposal, and fixing heavy wooden pocket doors that were not rolling properly. They were timely and courteous about contacting us with ETAs. And he sent photos galore as the work progressed. These guys rock!

The best decision we made for our project was hiring Elmer from My Solution In. From the minute we met him and explained what we wanted to do, we knew he was by far the best person for the job. I have a habit of adding to a project and Elmer has taken it all in stride with a smile and “no problem.” Our house is 60+ years old and living in Daly City we have our share of dry rot that we didn’t know about. The fist thing Elmer does is bring you into the room, show you the damage and offer solutions. He doesn’t ever try and up sell you on unnecessary repairs. It’s a pleasure having people work in your home that you know you can trust. They have replaced dry rot, installed new wiring, installed insulation, drywall, painting, custom window casings, shelving that makes my closet look like a built-in, doors (be found me the most beautiful French Door) in 2 rooms. Now he is installing new flooring throughout our home. Elmer is honest, reliable, charges a fair price for quality workmanship and is just an all around nice guy. We have 3 more projects we want to tackle and already know the Elmer will the one we call. If you are looking for someone honest, trustworthy and meticulous to help give your house a little facelift, or even handle small project, do yourself a favor and give Elmer a call!

They cleaned up after themselves and happily provided a receipt for expensing purposes. Elmer is all about customer satisfaction and was willing to work with me on the price. Elmer and his team did a great job on repairing my kitchen floor after a water leak/damage. He's knowledgeable and provided good suggestions. They removed cabinet to get the flooring underneath, put in new subfloor and new tile flooring, repaired drywall, painted walls/trim that were damaged as well. All the repair works were done well and kitchen floor looks amazing! Elmer is very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule.
