Elmer is friendly and professional. I tasked him with installation of a new interior door and patching the ceiling where a new fixture had been installed. The door and ceiling are flawless (perfectly matched paint, expert framing/cuts, and timely work). He was great about cleaning after himself and controlled dust well. Elmer is fantastic! We hired Elmer to replace a wooden bathroom window in our mid-century house. Elmer ordered the new vinyl window in 3-days, installed it in a few hours, and charged a very reasonable price. Super responsive via text. For comparison, Renewal by Anderson wanted $5k and was going to take 6-8 weeks to complete the project. We're really glad we chose Elmer!

Elmer has been working on a significant window and door project at my home, including replacing hardware on two casement windows, replacing two large picture windows (which unexpectedly revealed hidden dry rot that also needed repair), and replacing a set of French doors. Although the project is still in progress, I’ve been very impressed with his professionalism, communication, and workmanship. When the hidden dry rot was discovered, he explained the problem clearly and addressed it properly instead of taking shortcuts. He has been punctual, courteous, and patient in answering my questions throughout the project. Based on my experience so far, I would confidently recommend Elmer to anyone looking for an honest and skilled contractor.
