Our condo had siding that was water damaged over years. We contacted Elmer to replace siding as well as water damaged exterior door next to it. The initial scope was just the siding, however once the siding was removed more water damage and some termite infestation was revealed. Elmer replaced our OSBs with plywood and better grade materials. He replaced the entire exterior door including the casing as well as install new siding, and flashing. He also had to stop work to accommodate the termite treatment. Overall we are happy with his work. Would hire him again.

Elmer is great. I didn’t know what to do about a broken window that a previous handyman had broken and he was able to come to the rescue. He didn’t do anything more than what was necessary and gave us a great value for the work he put in. I would hire him again for all the things such as window repair, weathering and general fix it’s as well as big things such as cabinet replacement.

Elmer and his team were wonderful! They showed up on time and suggested valuable ways of doing things without making the projects too big. We are a small school and they were great at working around our schedule and cleaning up so the site was safe when the children arrived after the weekend. We had Elmer do a lot of small jobs and also fix a fence including creating new concrete footings and he also helped a small shed like covering project over our washer (as well as fix the washer). Elmer was a joy to work with, prompt and considerate. He’s actually back right now fixing new things.

Elmer and his team really spruced up my vintage, quirky apartment with professional repairs including replacing a clawfoot bathtub drain and very old light dimmer switch, painting and plastering, installing a new garbage disposal, and fixing heavy wooden pocket doors that were not rolling properly. They were timely and courteous about contacting us with ETAs. And he sent photos galore as the work progressed. These guys rock!
