What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) STANDARD CLEANING is recommended for places that already have regular periodic cleaning;
2) DEEP CLEANING is recommended for places that have not been cleaned for more than a month or because they are very dirty;
3) MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING is the same as deep cleaning, but includes cleaning the inside of cabinets and inside of closets;
4) EXTRA SERVICES, are services not included in any of the three cleanings above and the customer must inform them if necessary so that they can be included in the budget, they are:
- Inside windows/blind cleaning;
- Inside fridge cleaning;
- Inside oven cleaning;
- Inside fireplace cleaning;
- Behind Fridge/stove;
- Make the bed;
- Do the dishes;
- Washing clothes;
- Cleaning of balconies and exteriors;
- Garage, attic and basement cleaning
- Organize clothes, objects, toys...
- For other types of cleaning, such as POST-CONSTRUCTION and POST-PARTY, we suggest an on-site visit for an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the client accepts the proposal, our team will send him a document describing the scope of all contracted services and the total price. Payment is made immediately upon completion of the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Higher education and specialization in business management and customer service. Cleaners teams trained in internal conduct procedures and quality standards.
