1. Phone call or message 2. Ask a few questions about the space and goal 3. Provide estimate 4. Schedule service 5. On arrival, we do a walk through and confirm estimate 6. Perform our cleaning 7. Everyone’s happy :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally trained as a carpet and upholstery cleaning technician here in the Bay Area and Mela is trained as a professional house cleaner in Seoul, South Korea.
