- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the repainting work need to visualize the place and be detailing about the condition,and all this year's on business gave my the knowledge of time and materials ,only new job I follow blueprints and specification,in general i gave advice about materials to used ( paint ) and also colors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First explain who I am,my experience and show them that I know what I talking about,if they have any questions please let me know,and let them know that they dealing with a honest person who take the job with integrity and passionate to detail and that I'm willing always to go the extra mile for them.

Union trade school from 1978-1980 in San Francisco old local l# 4,San Francisco city college 2 yrs arquitecture thecnology ,wallcovering with different masters,art drawing and painting faux finished and most important 35+ yrs on the field
