Marvin and Jose were extremely professional, came to house early as requested by me, and cleared our sink and tub drains quickly. Found water stains on study (2nd floor) and dining room (1st floor!) ceilings. Called early on a Saturday morning and they were here in a matter of minutes! Found a leak in the attic piping and repaired it on the spot. No extra charges. All excellent rapid communication. Very nice to work with Carlos Reyes and his helper.

I had an unexpected leak in a lower apartment. I sent a message to Plunbing and Rooter Service on Sunday about 7 p.m. and received a response back in 30 minutes confirming an appointment for Monday morning. Carlos identified the leak as a corroded sewer pipe. It was a tricky repair in a tight area. Solid work but I was mostly impressed with their quick response. On a second unrelated problem, I called at 8 a.m. and requested Carlos by name and he arrived by 10 a.m. Another difficult repair that was completed in a timely manner. It's nice to know if I have an emergency, I have a plumber I can rely on.
