Marvin and Jose were extremely professional, came to house early as requested by me, and cleared our sink and tub drains quickly. Jose also educated us on preventative house maintenance and rexommended items he uses in his own home. Very courteous and went beyond his tasks to provide a pleasant service experience.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. They came to my home to work on my kitchen sink, and the installation was done perfectly. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and everything was completed with great attention to detail. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and very respectful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and easy from start to finish, and he took the time to explain everything that was being done. On top of the excellent workmanship, the pricing was fair and reasonable. It’s not easy to find someone who combines professionalism, quality, and affordability, but this company certainly does. I highly recommend their services and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I had an unexpected leak in a lower apartment. I sent a message to Plunbing and Rooter Service on Sunday about 7 p.m. and received a response back in 30 minutes confirming an appointment for Monday morning. Carlos identified the leak as a corroded sewer pipe. It was a tricky repair in a tight area. Solid work but I was mostly impressed with their quick response. On a second unrelated problem, I called at 8 a.m. and requested Carlos by name and he arrived by 10 a.m. Another difficult repair that was completed in a timely manner. It's nice to know if I have an emergency, I have a plumber I can rely on.

We originally called for a corroded pipe from the sink that had burst and a small leak coming from the upstairs bathroom all into the garage. Jose and Marvin came out and were amazing. Jose assessed the damage, quickly came up with a plan and estimate, and with Marvin, they executed the project thoroughly and swiftly. They found a larger issue with our toilet leak that was left over from an old contractor's work and they figured out a way to fix the issue to prevent further damage. Multiple tests after their work and no leaks detected! Jose took his time to explain the issues to me, what their plan was, and how to maintain the pipes for the future. I've worked with other plumbers in the past but none of them had educated me or even described the problems to me the way he did. My family was super appreciative of the work put in and I will definitely call for future needs.
