- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rates to avoid complicated pricing. However, sometimes the repair requires an additional part than previously suspected, or the repair itself can get complicated. If we know that specific model or repair is prone complications then we inform the customer of all options.
