My name is Dr. Nancy Lin, Ph.D. And I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Behavioral Therapist, Best Selling Author, Health Researcher, Wellness & Weight Loss Coach, and International Health Educator who uses my “5 Pillars of Living” as a comprehensive approach to optimal wellness.
I lead virtual sessions, transformations, challenges and groups as well as develops corporate, community, public and private school/senior wellness programs locally and across the United States.
I am a certified 600 RYT Yoga instructor, an avid runner and athlete, and have completed over 30 distance races, including 25 marathons in California. I am the lead health coach in my transformation program that is offered in over 100 countries.

I was looking to reduce my weight for health reasons and was anxious about how I should go about it. As controversial as it may be, I love food and I was not looking to go on a diet or become a gym rat. I sought out professional help from Dr. Nancy and she was extremely understanding and worked with me to create a doable food and activity plan that surprisingly required very little adjustment. I didn’t have to sacrifice the tastiness or quantity of what I was eating, and I now have a list of physical activities I can do to stay active that isn’t boring and doesn’t require a gym membership. Dr. Nancy was a great fit for what I was looking for because she listened, didn’t criticize or judge me for not wanting to go to the gym or go on a traditional diet, and worked with me in-depth to accomplish my specific goals. Plus, she’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to how different foods and activities benefit the body. She was a pleasure to work with and I recommend her for anyone looking to achieve whatever goals they have for their body.

Dr. Nancy is amazing! After three sessions with her, I’m convinced that she’s the best in the business with her caring, knowledgeable, and motivational approach to health and nutrition. After my 30th birthday, I was determined to live a healthier lifestyle, but I was absolutely dreading the drastic lifestyle changes I thought I would have to make. Plus, I needed extra help to combat the physical side effects of the multiple medications I am taking. Enter Dr. Nancy! She listened carefully to my concerns and addressed each issue with compassion. She did not shame me for the psych medications I need to take, and she instead worked with me to create a wellness plan that was not nearly as intimidating as I thought it would be. I prioritized incorporating the food and nutrients she advised for my body type, and I did the simple daily strength training exercises she recommended in the comfort of my own home. The most important part is that the changes feel doable, and I feel like I’ve made steady progress that I can sustain. Thank you Dr. Nancy for helping me on my wellness journey!
