FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, but we use the standard pricing model that is required by the property insurance industry for this type of work. If the loss is covered by insurance, we work with your insurance company to determine the cost. You are only responsible for your deductible. Not a penny more. Typically pricing is based on square footage or linear footage of the affected space and the category and classification of the damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free assessment can be provided from the initial visit to determine the scope of the issue. If your situation warrants filing an insurance claim, I will help you with the process and will work with your insurance company to make it as efficient and hassle-free as can be. We help restore both the lives and property of our customers, getting your life back to normal as quickly as possible.
