  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Customers should know that with any Realtor or licensee there is no industry wide set fee! Fees are always negotiable. I custom design real estate plans for my clients based on their needs, goals, and budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When working with a new client I like to spend time discussing their immediate real estate need and their real estate goals, then focus on how I can help them achieve that. Through a detailed discussion, we can put together an action plan that details every aspect of what will take place. It is important that they clearly understand the process of selling or buying, or even leasing/property management, and what I will do for them to accomplish this goal.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Having worked in this industry for almost 32-years, in all aspects of real estate, my background and training are extensive.
