- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are intended to be as accurate as possible, aiming to closely approximate the final price. If needed during the consultation, we will do a 3D design to help get as close as possible to the exact layout you're interested in. This design process helps us obtain the most accurate pricing possible during our initial consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a home visit during which we bring a variety of samples to review. We also offer 3D designs for anyone interested in updating their layout and provide an estimate on the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years in the industry, started in design for the first 5 years, and transitioned into remodeling. This is beneficial for our customers, and we will collaborate to select all finishes, resulting in a diverse portfolio.
