I needed a termite inspection and used Thumbtack for the first time, which connected me with Ridex. Victor contacted me and was extremely professional from our very first conversation, so I scheduled the inspection with him.
Victor told me about an amazing program that included a free termite inspection and pest-control treatment, so I signed up. During the inspection, he found a few areas that needed attention. He carefully explained everything, showed me the affected areas, and thoroughly documented his findings.
When Victor returned to complete the repairs, the work was handled promptly and professionally, and the price was extremely reasonable.
The office representative, Olga, was also amazing! From beginning to end, Ridex checked every box: professionalism, affordability, timeliness, communication, and thoroughness.
Although Ridex may be one of the newer companies, it is definitely one I will continue using and recommending. I previously used another exterminator for nearly 10 years, but Ridex has officially replaced them!

Victor Perez went above and beyond for our family. We have a member with special needs and he evaluated damage and applied treatment with no health risks to her, family, or animals. He removed a large wasp nest as well. Rid-X did an exceptional job and they offer a recurring maintenance service. Ask them and tell them Asha sent you✌🏾

Victor was great, dependable & trustworthy! He was able to pinpoint access points where rodents were able to get into our attic! Not only did he remove dead ones he sanitized the areas and we have not had any return! Also, we have monthly pest control services set up- no more insects, flies, or mosquitoes 👏 It feels great to have a pest free home!
