Sam is the man. He texted me 20 minutes prior to arrival and showed up EXACTLY on time; what a difference between Sam and most other handyman I have dealt with. I had a project that required repairing a breach in the ABS stack vent in my attic. I was afraid that the only way this breach could be accessed was by cutting a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom because the space in the attic was about 2.5 feet tall and very, very hard to access.
Sam showed up, I showed to him the approximate location above my bathroom, and he went right to work without any hesitation or complaining. He assessed the situation in about 10 minutes and assured me that he didn't need to cut a big hole in the ceiling. Sam crawled across the entire attic to reach the problem area; he hauled in his tools and had the job done in about an hour. Very impressive. I know a plumbing contractor would have balked at trying to access the pipes through the attic and would have tore up my ceiling creating an unnecessary mess (and much larger bill). He took a couple of photos of the final repair, which completely assured me of the quality work he had just completed.
Best handyman I have ever employed. Very Honest. Very Reasonable. Very Competent. Do yourself a favor, check the reviews of Sam's work and hire him immediately as your first choice. I will be using him for any next project and will highly recommend Sam to any friends that need handy work done.

Sam replaced two bathroom shut off valves, remove a bathroom faucet drain, helped with a seized shut off valve in my kitchen for the fridge water line, removed some old conduit from a sloppy water heater installation (installed by someone else), and even helped us move the fridge to the garage. You have no idea how grateful I was for his help!! He showed up early, his work was flawless, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Sam!!
