Rich provided quality at reasonable price with honesty and open communication. I felt very comfortable leaving him to complete painting my entire condo as I flew home. The painting was completed as agreed and looked great. While he is a master at painting with his steady hand, he also does handyman work with ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing painting and handyman work.

Richard really went above and beyond in being professional, clean work and very precise work as well. He was able to repair a large hole in the wall, matched the texture. You can’t tell there was a hole there at all. Very fast and left no mess at all. I would highly recommend for all your painting and drywall needs.

i would highly recommend Saunders Painting. They painted my new business walls. They were bright multi color walls, Saunders took them to bright white with no previous colors showing through. Everything was taped off and no issues occurred. Very responsive, very professional. I will definitely use again.

I hired Richard (Saunders Painting and Drywall) to finish the walls in my bathroom that I was remodeling. Oh my gosh it now looks amazing! There was a medicine cabinet we took out and the whole had to be filled plus an old light had to be patched and drywalled? Richard knew what he needed to do and got to it. All I wanted was a nice bathroom again and that's what I have. Now I look at any wall in my bathroom and can't believe how perfect it looks. As I watched him work, I thought he is a perfectionist and that is what I wanted. Someone who cares about their work! I would recommend and use Saunders Painting and Drywall again. BWag

I strive to give a fair price for both parties. I buy the highest quality paint Dunn Edwards sells at a wholesale price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with them in person, assessing the project and their needs, then determine adequate working hours and deliver a quote. Once agreed upon a 1/3 deposit is required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience of working for professional painting contractors and general contractor.
