We're Hugo & Kat, wedding photographers & filmmakers based in Los Angeles. We're a married duo & we genuinely love that we get to pursue this passion together. Our goal is to create a space where you can be completely yourselves. To capture the real essence that makes you, you. Both individually & as a couple. We wholeheartedly believe that life's milestones, whether significant or subtle, should be preserved in a way that evokes the emotions you experienced on that day. Your memories deserve to be to shared & experienced with those you love. To look back at these snippets of life and cherish the moments we got to experience. I want to start by saying Hugo literally goes above and beyond. His talent and knowledge on how to take beautiful quality pictures with the perfect angles, posing, and lighting is seriously incredible. And the pictures (all 215 of them) came back to us in exactly 2 weeks as promised and I literally have been staring at them all day; I literally can’t believe it’s actually us! But not only that, he went above and beyond to make us feel so comfortable. My fiancé and I came to California to take some fun engagement pictures but being in a unfamiliar environment with an unfamiliar photographer, we were so nervous and worried that our pictures might end up looking awkward. Y’ALL, that literally changed the second we met Hugo. We were greeted with hugs and Hugo was so chill and fun to be around. At the end of the evening, Hugo provided us with snacks and we all were able to watch the sunset together and have good conversation. My fiancé and I felt a genuine friendship with Hugo by the end of the shoot. Thanks a million Hugo. You’re literally the best.

We hired Hugo for our engagement party and we could not have asked for a better photographer! I cannot rave enough about how great he was. It was such a pleasure to have someone that was so friendly and made everyone comfortable. As far as the quality of the photos, they are AMAZING. I really wanted a natural/raw feel to our photos, especially while the sun was setting, and he captured that so beautifully. I could not be happier with the result! I would not hesitate to hire Hugo for another event.

Hugo was absolutely amazing! So easy to communicate with, friendly, and really hypes you up during the photoshoot so you’re comfortable in front of the camera. My fiancé and I are sooo happy with how our engagement photos turned out. Definitely going to be shooting with him again soon 😊

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Affordable wedding packages that match every client's needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new client is usually emailing them a questionnaire that asks specific questions regarding their wedding or event, this way I know which package to suggest. After this initial questionnaire, I like to set up a meeting to get to know the couple/client and to go over any additional details. Once we decide to move forward, I send them my contract so they can go over it. Once everything is finalized, I stay in contact with them helping them with all the details until the day of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of photography experience, and I absolutely love what I do. Being able to pursue my passion and meet incredible people along the way has been a dream.
