I had no idea what had been done on the roof job and how the finished job looked like after the repair. The tenant advanced the check to pay for the repair job when done, but Phil never send us any photos of the finished job when asked, except only those photos of the damaged before the repair. I called and texted him for the image(s) of the finished job, yet only to receive the same old photos of the damaged roof images...It was frustrating when having no clue whetrher or not the roof was properly taken care of...
