When you get many estimates for a prospective job, you get all kinds of character. I don't like people calling me, "hon". I don't like marketers who are only hired to promote and promise what can't be delivered. You will find, as I did, that Sam comes across as authentic, respectful. More importantly, he listens, especially when you've done your homework and know what you want on your roof. Sam will give you an estimate that's fair and backed 100% percent. Although he has the modern tools and technology to do his work, he's an old fashioned, "lay it to me", guy. Ask away! He's very easy to talk to. Licensed, bonded. I highly recommend!"

"Oh by the way, some insulation companies will just want to blow new insulation over all the dead bodies and old insulation, saying it's acceptable to to do that. DON'T fall for that! Clean your attic to the studs! It's best for the state of your home and health. Besides, if you're with DWP, there's a sweet rebate that helps recoup most of the costs. Guy even help me fill out the forms. SuperGreen Attic gives a one year guarantee on the rodent problem, so I'll hold them to that. Overall they were great, real pros and reasonably priced. Recommend!"

"The saying you get what you pay for really means something with contractors. These are the first guys who have left my house and I have nothing to complain about! Great company! Some of the employees' work was not completed and checked as planned on the specific task. We found out after we decided to double check the area. I would suggest that as an area of improvement. "After getting a few quotes from different companies to replace my insulation I decided to go with Atticare, they were responsive and very professional from the first phone call, and I am so happy I did. They did an amazing job in my attic, their prices were competitive to the other quotes I received, but most importantly they left everything in my home in a pristine shape once they were done.
