- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible, I can work with whatever budget you may have. My pricing depends on the needs of my clients. If the needs involve me making props, making hair accessories & doing extravagant hair and make up, the price will go up. Also if the client requests me to stay for touch ups or other services my pricing will be slightly higher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick introduction phone call & also discuss what you need done, exchange ideas and come up with a price that fits your budget. And if possible meet before to do a trial or to discuss any custom hair accessories or just to meet and say hello :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I take classes when needed and stay current online through social media and through fashion magazines. I'm learning new techniques everyday.
