- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is a quote that is based on the information listed by thumbtack. We like to speak with customers once so we may get an exact proposal sent to you via email. We do provide office packages and non-profit discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Greeting call and Intake form. 2. Email or fax our professional menu or customized menu with clients food preferences. 3. Email or meet with price quote. * We interiew clients to see if we compliment each other. We are professional and respectful company that will work with those who demostrate those values. 4. Discuss quote and then send formal invoice and contract for signature 5. Client agrees, provide credit card authorization form(fees may apply) or online deposit. 6. Check in with party five (5) days prior to event. 7. All balances paid 14 days or less prior to event if party is more than 25 people, no exceptions. Thank you
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Catering for 30 years, growing up in a family owned catering business and culinary degreed team. Licensed food handlers, bartenders, Barcardi certified in Puerto Rico and culinary degreed.
