We had a wonderful experience with Rent and Revel! They responded quickly to our balloon arrangement request and were professional, accommodating, and reliable throughout the entire process.

On the day of our event, we were hit with unexpected rain and heavy winds. Despite the challenging weather conditions, Azucena from Rent and Revel arrived on time and worked through the wild weather to complete the balloon arrangement. To make things even more impressive, she was able to accommodate our last-minute decision to relocate the party from outdoors to indoors.

The balloon arrangement turned out absolutely beautiful! We were completely satisfied with the results, and our guests were truly impressed. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything came together, especially given the unexpected challenges.

I highly recommend Rent and Revel to anyone looking for a beautiful balloon arrangement and outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to make our event special!
