Ahmed was incredibly responsive and offered me the earliest available slot. He quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through options for the next steps. His pricing is reasonable, and he was both professional and punctual when completing the job. I will definitely use Ahmed again for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great plumber.

Ahmad replaced my 13 year old tank gas water heater with the new one. He explained me what is needed and his quote was reasonable and fair. He didn’t took much time and quickly did the job. I would hire him for my future plumbing projects.

I hired City Star for a Moen Flo installation. Ahmad was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable about Moen Flo installs. Had to cut out dry wall to get to the main pipe and then make a loop to install the Moen Flo. Very competent and professional. Did a nice job. Will use him again for other repairs as they come up

Called about a water leak under my dishwasher. They responded quickly and came out the same day. The tech checked everything and was honest with me — the leak was from the dishwasher motor itself, an appliance problem, not a plumbing issue, so he recommended replacing the dishwasher instead of selling me plumbing work I didn't need. He didn't charge me for the visit. Responsive, professional, and honest — I'd call them again.
