I was most impressed that the cleaning people really asked for my input. Further I was asked at different stages if I was satisfied with the work in progress and already completed. As a customer this made me feel loke my desires and needs were important. Very good experience

Go Cleaning previously did my home not too long ago and the amount of professionalism was shocking. I told them I had two dogs and the kitchen was a bit messy from my children spilling things. When I got back home talk about SPOTLESS!! Also the cleaners were so kind. They missed the baseboards but the cleaners came back out free of charge and got that done too. I am impressed.

Booked in for our move out clean weeks in advance, on the day the time got moved from 11am to 5pm which was actually fine, we approved that. 540pm rolls around and no one had showed up so I had to reach out, was told they’d arrive between 7:45-8pm which is so late, they wouldn’t have been done until well past 10:30pm but I said okay anyway… 8pm rolls around and still no one so at this point I tell them not to bother coming tonight and asked them to come first thing in the morning (of the day we’re leaving mind you), just to be told there’s “scheduling conflicts” and they couldn’t come first thing. I booked WEEKS in advance and am now left scrambling at the last minute trying to find a move out clean. Wouldn’t recommend.
