Prestige really made our residential event so much easier on us, our neighbors (the neighbors anxiety-ridden dog), and general traffic. We are so pleased with the team's professionalism, responsiveness, and received ZERO complaints from over 40 cars they handled for us! So grateful!

Pros: Excellent attendants, smooth setup, prompt service for guests. Cons: Unexpected crew reduction without prior notice or rate adjustment. Prestige Valet handled our home party (around 22 cars parked near a local park) very well. The actual attendants on site were professional, respectful, and handled guest vehicles seamlessly. My main critique is regarding transparency with the owner: We agreed on a quote that originally specified 3 attendants, but only 2 were sent on event day. No heads-up was provided, and the owner maintained the full price despite the missing crew member. The on-site team executed great service, so I would still recommend Prestige Valet—just make sure to explicitly re-confirm staffing numbers before the event date!
