- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have standard pricing but it varies depending on several packages. We have basic packages for editing only, editing & packages, wedding, parties, highlight videos, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would like to have an phone conversation or video conference with the customers to gain an better understanding of what they are looking for. We have standard questions that we ask, but each customers is unique so we tailor our customers based on the needs of our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken several video editing courses to understand what equipment works best.
