- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on guest count, event duration, location, staffing needs, and overall service level. I offer customized quotes tailored to each event. Additional services such as portable bar setup, mixers/garnishes, ice, coolers, extra staffing, travel, or extended hours may affect pricing. I’m always transparent about costs and work closely with clients to create a service package that fits both their needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically begin with a conversation to learn about the event details, guest count, location, service style, timeline, and overall vision for the event. I like to discuss guest arrival time, service hours, and event logistics such as indoor/outdoor setup, stairs, access, and bar location so I can properly prepare and ensure everything runs smoothly. My goal is always to be fully set up and ready prior to guest arrival so the service feels seamless from the very beginning. From there, I provide a customized quote and discuss any bartending, staffing, or event support needs. Once booked, I stay in communication leading up to the event to help ensure everything is organized and runs smoothly on event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am RBS Certified and have years of hands-on hospitality and event experience working private events, weddings, corporate functions, festivals, wineries, and large-scale venues throughout the Bay Area. My background includes bartending, wine hospitality, guest service, event coordination, and hospitality staffing management. I also worked as an Event Specialist for a premier catering company where I gained valuable experience in event planning, client coordination, logistics, staffing, and overseeing events from the planning stages through execution. This experience helped strengthen my attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and ability to create smooth, successful events for both clients and guests.
