Jacob did a great job fixing my window sash balances. I have 3 windows that I can't keep them open. And I have wood shutters, which makes it hard to change the sash. Jacob was able to change them without taking the shutters off! And he brought blanket to cover the floor making sure the work's done clean and beautiful! highly recommended!

Jacob came on time and did very thorough inspections including the type of glass and thickness. Explains all the details of his works and plan. Also very responsive and gave me the update proactively. On installation day, Jacob started at 10am (again on time👍) and finished the job by 2:30pm. From what I can see, his work has very good quality and he is a honest person. I am very happy to have him to work on my door/window. Will recommend him in the future. Definitely a 5 star!!

Communication was excellent before and after job was done. Did a nice job and very professional. I initially wanted Jacob to look at window channel balances but then also had him address an Andersen door latch mechanism which was malfunctioning. He fixed it and overall did a nice job. Highly recommend his services.
