- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of right now my pricing is low, I want to beat my competition, I want to get my name out there, gain my clientele and show people who I am and what my business is all about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers is that I always introduce myself, explain how long I have been working in the bartending and waitressing industry, tell them a little about me and what I offer in my business and how I am different from other bartenders and servers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled in bartending classes, I'm doing the classes because any extra knowledge about what I love to do is worth it. I have 11 years experience in waitressing and 5 years in bartending. I love love love what I do.
