FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At West Coast Heating, Air Conditioning, and Solar, we believe in being completely transparent about pricing. Customers can expect flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees, so they know exactly what they’re paying for before work begins. We regularly offer specials and discounts, such as seasonal tune-up deals, and we also provide financing options to make larger projects more manageable. In addition, our team helps customers take advantage of available rebates and tax credits, which can significantly reduce the overall cost of an installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, the process usually begins with an initial consultation where we listen carefully to their needs, energy goals, and budget. We then schedule a site visit to evaluate the home or business and get a clear picture of the existing equipment, layout, and conditions. Based on this assessment, we prepare a detailed proposal that outlines different options, complete with efficiency ratings, warranties, and cost comparisons. Once the customer decides on the best solution, we handle all the scheduling, permitting, and coordination to ensure a smooth installation or repair. After the work is complete, our technicians test the system thoroughly, explain how everything works, and make sure the customer feels confident using it. We also offer ongoing maintenance programs and support, so the relationship continues long after the initial job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are highly trained and many hold NATE certification, which is one of the most respected credentials in the HVAC industry. The company is fully licensed in California and maintains strong partnerships with leading manufacturers such as Trane and Panasonic, which require rigorous training and adherence to quality standards. We stay up to date on the latest technology, efficiency standards, and building codes to ensure that every installation or repair meets the highest level of safety and performance.
