The owner, Chris, has over 16 years experience as an IT Specialist. He also has his Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from SDSU. Chris has experience working as a Computer Systems Engineer and IT Service Manager for a local Managed IT Service provider. He supported the IT needs for small businesses, such as accounting firms, law firms, realtor/broker agencies, dental offices, chiropractic offices, construction companies. He then launched Aztec IT Solutions and is very passionate about resolving IT issues quickly to minimize downtime while keeping open lines of communication throughout the process. I was very impressed with the work Chris did for my company. I needed to complete a data base transfer of information from my old computer to the new one. With that came unexpected glitches that Chris handled with no problem. Since it was Sunday and I needed this done in order to start the week off right I appreciated his willingness and availability to help me. Chris from this firm was extremely helpful. He was able to fix all the problems I was having. He had replacement hardware parts as one piece of hardware was not working.

Aztec IT Solutions was awesome!

We have a small office space (15 people in about 3,500 square ft) and have been trying to limp by with our current internet. We tried buying new equipment and working with orbi/cox tech support and couldn't figure it out.

After a few frustrating months we determined we needed help. I reached out to Aztec IT Solutions and heard back within minutes. I hopped on a call for about 5 minutes and received a fair quote. Aztec IT Solutions showed up 15 minutes early and was insanely easy to work with! I forgot a few passwords and he was very understanding + Patient. It took about an hour or two to get everything setup and so far everything is running great in our office!

I could not recommend Aztec IT Solutions highly enough. He was super friendly, got the job done, and communicated throughout the process!

I contacted Aztec IT Solutions and his response time was quick and efficient. My issue was very poor Wi-Fi at my home. Cox convinced me to upgrade my service but that did not help. Chris was my superhero, he came in and analyze my problem, offered a solution and set everything up. We agreed on a price and the work was quickly completed to my satisfaction. He also made sure all my data was backed up to the cloud and that my all my devices had been log on to the new network.
He did a awesome job, and I really liked his attention to detail and that he explains everything very clearly. He also wore a mask and offered to put booties on his shoes.
I definitely recommended him!

    I have discounted pricing of $95/hr for clients who are on a monthly retainer with me. For other break-fix type of work, the pricing is $125/hr plus a $35 travel fee, if needed.
