This review is pretty much appreciating Cesar on his responsiveness and helpfulness. He took his precious time to analyze my issue on my external drive and how data can be recovered, even during some of his personal time. He took time to provide referral to a company that has great high-scored reviews. I will definitely go back to him for future repair needs.
