Cesar contacted me right away and after a short discussion confirmed the networking issue I described was something he was confident he could handle. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment he confirmed via text. Upon arriving we quickly recapped our needs and he went right to work on our home network, testing all the cables, mapping them to the outlets and advising us on some simple next steps. The entire time he was respectful and professional, and patiently answered all my questions. I have no hesitation in recommending him, and will definitely refer him to friends and family.
